No Refund Policy
All sales made through zaikrodigital.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase, whether for digital products or services, except where required by applicable law.
Digital Products (eBooks and Downloads)
Our digital products, including eBooks, are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded.
Before purchasing, please review the product description, sample content, and pricing carefully, as no refund will be issued for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to review the product details beforehand.
Services
For agency services (such as website development, Amazon management, SEO, or advertising), payments made as deposits, advances, or full payment against an agreed scope of work are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing between Zaikro Digital and the client.
Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as access is granted immediately. For services, cancellation terms are governed by the specific agreement or invoice for that engagement.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or a payment that was deducted without an order being successfully placed — please contact us immediately at zaikro.official@gmail.com with your payment reference. We will investigate and, where a genuine payment error on our end or our payment processor’s end is confirmed, arrange for the erroneous amount to be reversed.
